  • Delivery Estimates

    We aim to mail all purchases within 48 hours of receipt of payment, subject to holidays, weekends etc. Confirmatory e-mails will be sent to Customers on dispatch and would be appreciated upon safe receipt.

    • CHEQUES - UK £ Sterling from a UK account only, made payable to N.Mantle. We reserve the right to clear cheques before dispatch.

    All items are described as accurately as possible. A full refund, less postal charges is guaranteed, provided the item is received back in the same condition as originally supplied and within 7 days (14 for international sales) if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason. Should, in the unlikely event that the stamp received is not as described in our online catalogue, a refund plus postage costs will be made at our discretion. Please note that we retain high resolution images of all stamps that we sell for a minimum of three years.
  • Certificates of Authenticity

    A number of our stock items are sold with certificates of authenticity. For items that do not have a certificate of authenticity, provided we are informed by the client at the time of purchase, that the item is to be submitted for certification, and in the unlikely event that the item does not obtain a certificate of authenticity, we will refund not only the full purchase price of the item including postage, but also full certification costs (recognised certification bodies within the U.K. only if in doubt please ask). This guarantee applies only to authenticity and not comments with respect to condition.

    Should you be dissatisfied with our product or service in any way, please contact us , giving a brief outline of your complaint and the most convenient way of contacting you to resolve the matter. We believe that we offer excellent customer service and in no way do we wish a customer to remain unsatisfied with their purchase for any reason.
    We will endeavour to respond to your complaint within 7 days.
