D16 1924-31 George V 5d Brownish Cinnamon Postage Due Watermark Block Cypher in very fine and fresh very lightly mounted mint condition.

Will be a long and hard search to see the hint of where this had once been mounted and all too many will miss, expensive mistake if you do with UM premium on this as many others some four fold.
