SG 353 1/2d Very Pale Green N14 (4) Watermark Royal Cypher M 19 Imp Control in average mounted mint condition.

Lovely stepped shade but with couple of faults sadly. The visible pulled perforation to the upper margin and far lesser reverse gum thin all noted and reflected in a very keen price.
