SG 399 2/6d Deep Sepia N63 (2) Waterlow Seahorse in fair used condition with dated Registered CDS cancellation.

Has perforation faults to upper right and lower left corners and lesser degree the Registered crayon stroke.

Very interesting shade for this early issue and what can only be described as Chocolate Brown and would be straight off to my reference collection were it a mint copy.
